About me

Living with anxiety can feel overwhelming, isolating, and at times difficult for others to fully understand. For many people, this may also exist alongside long-term health conditions, adding another layer of challenge to everyday life. I understand this not only through my professional training, but also through my own human experience of navigating these difficulties.

My work is grounded in the belief that support should feel real, relatable, and genuinely helpful — not clinical or distant. I offer a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you learn to manage the emotional and physical impact of anxiety and, where relevant, ongoing health concerns.

I’m Alannah, a BABCP Accredited Psychological Therapist with over seven years of experience delivering evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Alongside my professional background, my personal experiences shape how I connect with and support others — with empathy, honesty, and respect.

I work with individuals experiencing a range of anxiety-related difficulties, including generalised anxiety, health anxiety, panic, and stress, as well as those managing chronic health conditions. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and approaches to help you feel more in control, while also acknowledging the reality of what you’re going through.

My aim is to create a supportive, collaborative space where therapy feels accessible, human, and tailored to you — wherever you are in your journey.
